Contract-repudiation-effect of repudiation

If one party wrongfully repudiates a contract but the other party refuses to accept the repudiation and instead reaffirms the contract and continues to perform its obligations under it, the repudiation has no legal effect and does not absolve the party in breach from the need to tender further performance (Fercometal S.A.R.L. v. Mediterranean Shipping Co. S.A., [1989] A.C. 788, applied).
