Family Law-financial provision-matrimonial home

The court has jurisdiction, under the Matrimonial Causes Law, s.20(d), which provides for the protection of settled and other property in which either spouse claims an interest, to make orders concerning the physical repair of the matrimonial home, e.g. that it be made secure and waterproof.
